Thursday:) Quarantined Karaoke in Spanish

“Songs always sound so beautiful in another language, especially when your friends have no idea what your saying and where you messed up.”

~Toni Armenta Andrukaitis

Just another Thursday, missing my karaoke friends, dancing, laughing, singing, and a few drinks to make the songs sound better, I like that one quote that said, “The more you drink, the better I sound.” Just sayin’, But, I do love to sing.

I remember the first time I sang this at the VFW. I asked Danny to play “Perfidia,”and I had no idea it was in Spanish until the words came up. Yikes! I just winged it, and a few people said, “I didn’t know you could sing in Spanish.” I replied, “Neither did I, and I’m sure you had no idea how bad I messed up.” It was fun, and I’ll keep working on it.

Our buddy Bob always sings a great song. A little “Peggy Sue” to get your toes a tappin’.

I hope you all (y’all) are hanging in there and keeping safe and healthy. Hugs. 🤗 Keep on singing and dancing.
