My tasty tip… I love fresh spinach. I eat some just about every day. I buy the big organic container and just grab a handful to start a salad. Then, I add all the color and textures. A salad should be a tasty work of art.

KITCHEN SINK SALAD


This is my favorite kind of salad. Kitchen sink salad. The fact that I’m not that fond of a lot of chopping and preparing, I’ll make up a big container of fruit and veggies  to use for the next few days. 

Under all that stuff, imstarted with a handful of baby spinach. In a big bowl, I added a can of garbanzo beans, some frozen peas, a diced cucumber, a can of beets, diced tomatoes, sliced celery, a bunch of grapes sliced in half, a diced apple, and an avocado. I pour in pot the veggie bowl, about half a cup of homemade or store bought Italian dressing with a few splashes of apple cider vinegar and shake it up. Plop on the spinach. It kinda marinates the rest for the next meal. Oh man!


Yummy! So good! The next day, I just grab another handful of spinach, and scoop out a few big dollops of my diced up mixture. 


Popeye and I love spinach.
